I led the strategy and copywriting for the Galaxy Chromebook Plus PDP, focusing on simplifying complex technical details, such as NPU capabilities and display features, to ensure user comprehension.
By analyzing user behavior data, such as bounce rates and click-through rates, I optimized the content structure, resulting in increased user engagement and improved dwell time.
This project required close collaboration with marketing teams and UX designers to align content with the overall product positioning and ensure consistency in tone and messaging.

I conducted a detailed analysis of potential use cases and user pain points for the Galaxy SmartTag2, identifying key scenarios where users might struggle, such as initial setup and location tracking.
Using these insights, I crafted a storyboard and strategic copywriting for a how-to video, ensuring the messaging was simple and actionable.
As a result, the video effectively addressed user concerns, reduced onboarding friction, and improved the product’s usability perception, as evidenced by increased video engagement metrics like view-through rates.
Brand Article- How Your Phone Materials Can Help Protect Our Oceans
I wrote a narrative-driven brand article highlighting Samsung’s sustainability initiatives, focusing on making technical details about recycled materials relatable and inspiring to users.
To achieve this, I developed a user-friendly narrative structure that combined factual information with an emotional appeal, emphasizing the real-world impact of Samsung's efforts.

As the lead writer for the Galaxy Z Flip5 Retro press release, I focused on clearly articulating the product’s unique retro concept and its connection to Samsung's innovation legacy.
By analyzing media trends and user expectations for nostalgic products, I crafted messaging that resonated with both press outlets and target audiences.
This approach resulted in broad media coverage and user engagement, demonstrating the product’s relevance and appeal in both technical and emotional contexts.

For the Galaxy Z Flip6 how-to video, I analyzed user feedback to identify features that users found confusing, such as Flex Mode and multitasking capabilities.

UX Planning- Samsung Explore page
I spearheaded the UX planning for Samsung’s Explore Page, which focuses on brand storytelling and product articles rather than direct marketing.
To increase page traffic and enhance user navigation, I proposed and implemented a new sorting feature based on users’ passion points, such as hobbies and interests.
This strategy was informed by user behavior analysis and resulted in higher page discoverability and engagement, with measurable improvements in time-on-page and click-through rates.
